Here is the second character in my fine art fantasy-themed photo series, tragic beauty: Little Red Riding Hood.
I’m kicking of my fine art fantasy photo series, Tragic Beauty, with a self-portrait called, The Red Queen. I’ll be working on this series throughout the summer, I have some friends who have volunteered to pose as some fairytale characters for me and I’m really excited.
This class was gifted to me for my birthday and I was excited about gaining a little insight into Annie’s process. But ultimately this MasterClass feels less like a class and more like an episode of inside the actor’s studio. Her interviews are interesting and I haven’t made it through each “class” yet but so […]
The only purpose of this modification and mutilation of a woman’s body is the sexual pleasure of men. Source: The ‘Husband Stitch’ Is Real, And It’s Horrifying
When I was 15 I desperately wanted to cease my own existence, I never made an attempt on my own life, but that didn’t stop my parents from getting me placed on a 51/50 and hospitalized for a week in an adolescent psychiatric ward with a bunch of other kids who actually tried to kill themselves. No shopping malls, or grocery stores, no parks, restaurants, or coffee shops. Basically, we don’t take him anywhere but doctor appointments. We do take him out for walks […]
From the moment I discovered I was pregnant, I knew instantly that we were having a boy. Much to my delight, my 16-week ultrasound confirmed that fact. There he was…our baby Jack. A boy was what I had wished for, and my wish came true. When my husband and I tied the knot in 2012, […]
