Scrambled eggs with avocado and cilantro.

Grease a frying pan with butter.

Break six eggs into a mixing bowl. Stir in a tiny bit of milk, and a little taco seasoning powder. Add a good sized pinch of chopped cilantro too.

Add the diced avocado to the pan while you scramble the eggs.

What’s for Lunch? | Toddler Pizza

Yesterday, I made Jack ‘toddler pizza’.

Jack likes this ‘pizza’ because the crust is very flaky and easy to chew.

Ingredients include:

One tube of Pillsbury crescent rolls.

One jar of Ragu pizza sauce.

One package of pepperoni.

Shredded cheddar cheese.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Shred cheddar cheese

Chop pepperoni

Open, and unroll Pillsbury crescent roll dough.

Seperate dough into the pre cut triangles. Leave plenty of space inbetween.

Top dough triangles with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.

Bake for approximately 9 minutes.

Let cool before serving.
