You can return items in their original condition within 14 days for a refund, exchange, or a gift voucher.

Please follow our easy step by step instructions below:

STEP 1: READ BELOW TO SEE IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 days from the date you receive the parcel to return it. Any orders sent back after this period will be rejected and returned to you. We can see how long the order has been with you from the tracking, so please ensure returns are made within the allowed timeframe.

What returns do you not accept?

  • Any items smelling of smoke/body odour
  • Due to hygiene reasons swimwear & underwear can not be returned
  • Items that have had the swing tags, labels removed
  • Items that show signs of wear
  • Items that come back with pet hairs on
  • items that have been worn or damaged in the wash are not our liability

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 1/4 working days from when we receive the item(s).

How do I request an exchange?

If you are exchanging for a different size, simply indicate the desired size on the invoice/returns form, and we will handle the rest. For exchanges involving a different product, please email us at [email protected], and our returns team will assist with the process. If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, we will send an invoice via email that you can easily pay through our checkout with a click of a button.

When will I know when you have received my return?

If your item is marked as signed for, it means we have received it. Returns are typically processed within 1 to 4 working days after that.

STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR RETURN

Visit the Royal Mail returns portal by clicking the button below to generate a returns label.

Securely package your items using the original packaging, or choose another suitable mailing bag, and be sure to include your returns form or invoice inside the parcel.

STEP 3: SELECT YOUR RETURNS METHOD (SKIP THIS STEP IF ALREADY COMPLETED IN STEP 2)

Option 1: Collect from Me (No Printer Required)
Book a collection from your doorstep, office, or safe place. A Royal Mail representative can also bring the label to you if you don’t have access to a printer. Simply select ‘Book a collection’ on the Royal Mail Returns Portal.

Option 2: Drop Off Your Item
Print your returns label and drop off your parcel at a Parcel Postbox, Delivery Office, or Parcelshop. You can download the returns label from the portal or use the email sent to you containing the label. Ensure the label is attached to your parcel before dropping it off.

STEP 4: KEEP PROOF OF YOUR RETURN

Ensure you retain the proof of postage and your tracking number until your return has been processed.
